We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Officer to join our team in the Hills District. As a leading organisation in the leasing range, we offer a competitive salary of $75,000 - $80,000 + Super depending on experience.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a mixture of large, intermediate and small accounts for collections via phone and email, proactively chasing outstanding accounts to maintain cash flow, handling customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency, and using their strong attention to detail and organisational skills to support the finance team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of accounts to ensure timely collection of payments
  • Proactively communicating with customers to resolve queries and issues
  • Utilising strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
  • Working closely with the finance team to ensure accurate and efficient financial processes

Requirements:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in accounts receivable or a similar role
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and account management
  • Background in leasing or hire industries
