Omnicom Media Group is a leading media agency network with a strong presence in Australia. As an AR Admin Officer, you will be part of our team responsible for credit control and accounts receivable functions.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about the credit function and seeking growth in this area. The successful candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities include collecting monies owed, managing aged debt, obtaining debtor payment confirmations, and updating the cash forecast. You will also work closely with business directors to resolve account queries and non-payment issues.

The ideal candidate will be results-driven, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and handle high volumes of work. They will also have time management and organisational skills, as well as a can-do attitude and attention to detail.
