We are seeking an experienced Clinical Education Professional to join our team in Melbourne.

This role involves designing and implementing critical clinical learning programs that maximize individual and team capability.

The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Nursing (or equivalent/supplementary) and extensive experience in developing and implementing best practice clinical learning and development programs.

You will be responsible for collaborating with the Learning & Development team to identify clinical learning needs and scoping and developing learning & development programs in response to changing needs and emerging priorities.

Key responsibilities include undertaking organizational training needs analysis, developing L&D programs to support the clinical governance framework, and facilitating and evaluating learning & development programs.

Essential requirements include a current Working with Children's Check, current and ongoing flu and COVID-19 Vaccinations, Australian working rights, and ability to pass a national police clearance and/or NDIS Clearance as required.
