About the Role

As a seasoned Early Learning Leader, you will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of innovative early childhood programs at our prestigious Roseville centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with a passionate team of Educators and Centre Leadership to create engaging and challenging learning experiences for young children.

You will lead by example, fostering meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues while promoting a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication. Your expertise in designing and delivering high-quality educational programs will be invaluable in supporting the growth and success of our Educators and the Centre as a whole.

We are seeking an individual who is not only passionate about early childhood education but also possesses excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of current pedagogical practices, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive early learning programs that align with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
  • Lead and guide teams in delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs and styles
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration
  • Stay up-to-date with best practice in early childhood education and incorporate this knowledge into program planning and delivery

What We're Looking For

  • A completed Certificate III and/or Diploma in Children's Services (or working towards)
  • Prior experience in long day-care
  • Sound practical working knowledge and implementation of the NQF and the EYLF
  • Current Working with Children's Check
