Program Leader

Develop and implement a comprehensive program for children aged 0-6 years.

  • Design and deliver educational programs that foster inclusive learning environments, promote child development, and support family engagement.
  • Apply current early childhood education frameworks to ensure high-quality learning experiences.
Responsibilities

As a Program Leader, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the daily operations of the early childhood program.
  • Leading a team of educators to achieve program goals and objectives.
  • Providing guidance and support to staff to ensure effective implementation of the program.
Requirements
  • Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care from a nationally approved registered training organisation or an ACECQA-approved qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in planning, documentation, and implementing programs for children aged 0-6 years.
  • Strong knowledge of the EYLF and NQS.
