Early Childhood Program Leader

As a key member of our educational team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing high-quality programs that cater to the diverse needs of young children. This role requires a deep understanding of contemporary early childhood education principles and practices.

Your primary focus will be on leading a team of educators to deliver exceptional care and education to children, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages social, emotional, and cognitive development.

To achieve this, you will need to:

  • Develop and implement programs that align with the National Quality Framework
  • Mentor and support educators to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Build strong relationships with families to ensure their involvement in their child's education
  • Contribute to the self-assessment process and identify areas for continuous improvement

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education
  • Current Teacher's Accreditation/Registration

  • Previous experience working in the early childhood sector (desirable)
  • Valid Working with Children's Check or state-specific equivalent
