About the Role:

Nova Systems is seeking a highly skilled Financial Reporting Lead to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of comprehensive financial reports, as well as providing insightful analytics to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of advanced financial reports to deepen Nova's reporting capabilities and support decision-making across the organization
  • Communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively to non-financial stakeholders
  • Coordinate with the Group Decision Support team and wider organization to prepare and consolidate periodic reporting and present to management
  • Ensure reporting compliance with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies
  • Lead analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement while ensuring quality data and consistency
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to Finance Business Partners to improve financial performance
  • Drive reporting and analytics improvement and standardization to improve efficiency of Group Decision Support outcomes and organization insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in financial reporting, data analysis, and financial modeling
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting standards
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools (ERP systems, BI tools, Excel, etc.)
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Relevant professional certification (CPA, CIMA) is highly desirable
