  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk workflow, oversee patient appointments, handle client interactions, and process payments
  • Schedule appointments, manage billing procedures, debt collection, security measures, and third-party partnerships
  • Support the management team with reporting tasks and ad-hoc projects
Requirements
  • Prior experience in medical practice management, team leadership, recruitment, staff development, and training
  • Detailed understanding of financial management, including Medicare rebates and best practices
  • Experience with electronic health records (EHRs) and accreditation processes
  • OHS knowledge and expertise
