Effective Front-of-House Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily food and beverage operations, encompassing both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes activities. This ensures a seamless service experience for our guests.
- Coaching, mentoring, and training colleagues while leading and coordinating operational outlets to optimize efficiency.
- Respond effectively to guest complaints and concerns, solicit feedback, and foster relationships that drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction.
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, including food handling and alcohol service standards.
- Oversee inventory management, comprising ordering supplies, monitoring stock levels, and minimizing waste.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure harmonious coordination between front- and back-of-house operations.
- Implement and enforce company policies, including cash handling, upselling techniques, and customer service protocols.
- A team player with a positive attitude and strong drive for results.
- Engaging interpersonal and excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail in event planning and execution.
