Customer Service Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Manager to join our close-knit team. As a key leader, you will be responsible for managing the front-of-house operations for breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea.

Duties include daily service, rostering, purchasing, cleanliness, hygiene, and day-to-day café operations. You will also be responsible for leading, coaching, and mentoring the team to strive for exceptional customer service.

  • Previous experience in hospitality and team management is essential.
  • You must have confidence in dealing with customers and possess strong leadership skills.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
