Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Venue Manager to lead our front-of-house team in delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to take on a key leadership role within our business. As Venue Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff and maintaining a positive team environment.

Daily Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the front-of-house team to deliver excellent customer service
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures
  • Manage rosters, staffing levels, and labor costs efficiently
  • Maintain stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships
  • Ensure all health and safety standards, compliance, and licensing regulations are met
  • Handle customer feedback, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
  • Collaborate with other teams to maintain smooth service flow
  • Implement and refine systems for efficiency and consistency
  • Report on business performance and contribute to growth strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a venue management or senior front-of-house role
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for hospitality, service, and team development
  • Experience with rostering, budgeting, and operational efficiency
  • Knowledge of specialty coffee is a plus
  • Ability to work across weekdays and weekends as required
