Are you passionate about working with children? Do you have a desire to become a leader in the education sector?

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our team of Educators and manage the day-to-day operations of our service.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and facilitating engaging child-centered programs that promote learning and development.
  • Fostering healthy relationships with children, schools, communities, and parents through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Leading a team of Educators onsite, including roster management and performance evaluation.
  • Managing the day-to-day operations of your service, including compliance and administration.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • Enjoy working with kids and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong and clear communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Team player with a desire to become a service leader and take on new challenges.
  • Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children.
  • Australian work rights and a passion for early childhood education.
