
Child Development Specialist

The role of an Early Childhood Educator is to provide a nurturing and engaging environment for young children to grow and develop.
As an Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing educational programs that promote the cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development of children from birth to age five.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized education plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each child.
- Plan and deliver engaging lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Requirements:
- Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or ACECQA approved equivalent.
- Have a current Working with Children's Check.
- Display a strong commitment to fostering the growth and development of young minds.
