About Our SchoolXavier College is a co-educational K-12 college operated by Brisbane Catholic Education since 2003. In 2013 we established a two-session Kindergarten on site and administer it through Catholic Early EdCare.
Key Responsibilities- Leading multidisciplinary teams to achieve school operations and outcomes.
- Providing strategic advice to stakeholders on operational projects.
- Participating in leadership decisions to improve school efficiencies and systems.
- Leading coaching and professional development for administration staff.
- Promoting initiatives to increase engagement and highlight student pathways.
