Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our By Products Department. In this role, you will lead a team to ensure the safe and efficient production of activities within the department.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team to resolve day-to-day issues impacting safety, environmental compliance, and production.
  • Facilitate business improvement initiatives and manage production variance processes.
  • Develop team members, plan for succession, and maintain operational flexibility.
  • Ensure high standards of housekeeping, hygiene, fume, and dust suppression within the work area.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Team Leader (current or previous).
  • Strong knowledge of personnel management, organisational change, process improvement, and communication principles.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to achieve workflow targets.
  • Understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and their application in a production environment.
  • Familiarity with asset management processes.
