About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Brisbane, Australia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve technical issues related to Stryker's Vocera Solutions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via various communication channels.
  • Collaborate with the support team to tackle technical challenges and deliver a positive customer experience.
  • Document and manage customer-reported issues, ensuring timely status updates and resolution.
  • Research and deliver detailed root cause analysis of assigned products.
  • Author knowledge-based articles for internal and external use.
  • Provide formal and informal training to customers and partners.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in customer technical support in a hosted application environment.
  • RHCSA Certification (or higher) required.
  • Strong knowledge of administering Virtualization Hypervisors and AWS environments.
  • Solid understanding of SSL/TLS certifications and Public Key Infrastructure.
  • Strong understanding of authentication protocols and relational database systems.
