Job Title: Paralegal Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Support Specialist to join our vibrant Public Law and Regulatory Law team.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for preparing and typing legal documents and correspondence, preparing subpoenas and arranging service, preparing briefs for hearings, liaising with clients, barristers, principals, interpreters and solicitors, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in legal secretarial roles within litigation law is essential.
  • Advanced word processing skills with high attention to detail.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to work as part of a busy, friendly team.
  • Proficiency in Elite, FileSite and Caseflow would be highly regarded.
