Sales Operations Analyst

About the Role
Officeworks is seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our business team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our B2B business.
Reporting to the Business Performance Manager, you will be responsible for developing, creating, and continuously improving key sales metrics and targets. You will work closely with our B2B leaders to ensure we have the controls, governance, and data to inform and aid our leaders in making key business decisions.
We offer a hybrid working environment, with flexibility to work from home or in the office. You will have the opportunity to work with a talented team and contribute to the growth and success of Officeworks.
About You
You will have demonstrated experience within a B2B Sales environment, with a strong understanding of sales processes. You will also have an analytical and inquisitive mind, with the ability to challenge the status quo and look at things from the customer lens.
You will have strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to foster strong working relationships. You will also have a solution-focused approach, with 'out of the box thinking' and a customer-centric mindset.
