  2. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

  3. Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions to ensure optimal care delivery.

  4. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to residents and their families.

  5. Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families, promoting a positive and inclusive living environment.

  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to relevant standards and regulations.

Key Qualifications:

  1. Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

  2. 6+ months previous experience in aged care or similar settings.

  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

  4. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.

  5. Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering exceptional care to residents and their families.

  6. Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of residents and the organization.
