Senior Practitioner for Elderly Care

This is a key position that requires expertise in trauma-focused counselling and therapeutic interventions. The successful candidate will be working with a supportive team to drive practice in the area of elderly care, focusing on high-quality trauma support.
About the Role:- Deliver exceptional trauma-focused therapy services tailored to meet the specific needs of elderly clients.
- Provide consultation and education to enhance wellbeing and safety for elderly clients.
- Be an advocate for early identification and prevention of victimisation among this age group.
- Demonstrated clinical experience working with complex trauma related to abuse and/or neglect.
- Developed crisis intervention skills necessary for supporting vulnerable individuals.
- Experience working collaboratively with other professionals to achieve client outcomes.
- Formal qualification in Social Work or equivalent eligibility for professional membership.
- A minimum of seven years' experience as a qualified Social Worker or five years' experience as a generally registered Psychologist.
- Postgraduate study in a relevant field desirable.
- Flexible work arrangements and monthly ADO.
