Professional Aged Care Nursing Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents.

This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of elderly residents by providing exceptional care, administering medications and treatments as prescribed, conducting regular health assessments and monitoring residents' conditions, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery, providing emotional support and companionship to residents and their families, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality nursing care to elderly residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
  • Conduct regular health assessments and monitor residents' conditions.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care delivery.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

  • Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
  • 6+ months previous experience in aged care or similar settings.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking abilities.
  • Compassionate, patient, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
