Quarry Operations Manager

We are seeking a senior leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our quarry, ensuring safe and efficient production while meeting performance targets.

  • Lead a diverse team in achieving production goals, maintaining environmental compliance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Develop and implement extraction, production, and inventory plans, identifying areas for operational improvement.

This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong leadership skills, budget management expertise, and a deep understanding of financial metrics. Relevant experience in quarry operations and team management is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to make informed decisions.
