The College is seeking a visionary Early Learning leader to develop and implement a dynamic early learning curriculum that aligns with the National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework. This role involves overseeing daily operations of the Early Learning Centre, including staffing, resource management, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Curriculum: Design and deliver high-quality early learning programs that meet the needs of young learners.
  • Centre Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Early Learning Centre, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for children.
  • Families and Community: Foster strong relationships with families and engage them in their child's learning and development.
  • Leadership and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with the school leadership team to integrate the Early Learning program within the wider school community.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement through monitoring and evaluating the Early Learning program.
  • Representation and Advocacy: Represent the Early Learning Centre and advocate for high-quality early childhood education.
">Requirements:
  • Tertiary Qualifications: Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Experience and Skills: Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the early learning sector. Proven track record of developing and implementing engaging, play-based learning programs.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • Knowledge and Understanding: Thorough understanding of the National Quality Standard, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant early childhood education regulations.
  • Organisational and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
