About Us

We are a forward-thinking organization seeking an exceptional leader to oversee our Early Learning program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a dynamic early learning curriculum that aligns with the National Quality Standard and Early Years Learning Framework.
  • Manage the daily operations of the Early Learning Centre, including staffing, resource management, and maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, actively engaging them in their children's learning and development.
  • Collaborate with senior staff to integrate the Early Learning program within the wider school community.
  • Evaluate and improve the Early Learning program through continuous monitoring and assessment.
  • Represent the Early Learning Centre and advocate for high-quality Early Childhood Education.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
  • Minimum Diploma qualification required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the early learning sector.
  • A proven track record of developing and implementing engaging, play-based learning programs.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families, and staff.
  • A thorough understanding of the National Quality Standard, Early Years Learning Framework, and relevant Early Childhood Education regulations.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for delivering exceptional early learning experiences.
  • ACECQA approval is mandatory for this position.
