About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our organisation, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals to return to meaningful engagement with their return to work.

The successful applicant will conduct a range of assessments including initial needs, Assessment of Daily Living, Household Services, MBIs and plan, coordinate and monitor implementation of programs including complex case management of same and new employer, job seeking programs, and Return to Work Facilitations.

You will work with clients within a biopsychosocial model through a risk analysis system to support achievement in safe and durable Return to Work goal.

Key Responsibilities
  • To assist people to return to work and enhance their quality of life.
  • Conduct thorough assessments to determine individual needs and develop effective plans to achieve return to work goals.
  • Coordinate and monitor implementation of return to work programs, ensuring timely and effective outcomes.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, employers and insurers to facilitate successful return to work outcomes.
Requirements
  • Experienced in rehabilitation, clinical or occupational health settings.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
  • Business acumen and motivation to achieve targets.
  • AHPRA registered and Comcare accredited (desirable).
  • Driver's License and reliable car with insurance.
