Food and Beverage Attendant Job

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our food and beverage team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service, be knowledgeable about menus and dietary requirements, and possess excellent communication skills.

About the Role:

  • Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service to all guests.
  • Welcome and serve guests with a smile.
  • Be an expert on hotel services, know them inside out to ensure our guests receive a dynamic service experience.
  • Meet and connect with guests, giving them an experience beyond their expectations.
  • Assist guests with menu recommendations and dietary requirements.
  • Ensure accuracy with requests, orders, and service delivery.
  • Operate the point of sale system.
  • Stock ice, glassware, and paper supplies.
  • Set up, stock, and maintain work areas.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.
  • Promote safety and support workplace health and safety practices.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in food & beverage service, ideally in a hotel environment.
  • Holding a Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card (RSA).
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Barista skills and beverage knowledge desirable.
  • Availability to work weekends and public holidays.
