We are seeking an experienced Risk Management Lead to join our team in Australia. This is a unique chance to leverage your expertise and contribute to the growth of our organization.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing internal audit, control assurance, and risk management consulting engagements. As part of our collaborative culture, you will work closely with junior members of the division, providing guidance and mentorship to help them develop their skills.
In this role, you will
- Conduct comprehensive audits and assessments to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies;
- Collaborate with engagement teams to plan, execute, and schedule staff for various projects;
- Assist in the development of client deliverables, including strategic internal audit plans and scope documents;
- Lead the execution of fieldwork and document findings, ensuring high-quality audit files;
- Identify key findings and issues, and assist in drafting client reports;
- Pursue business development opportunities to expand our services and grow our client portfolio;
- Foster strong relationships with other divisions to drive cross-functional collaboration and knowledge sharing;
- Address technical queries and prepare position papers to support clients' needs;
- Develop and train junior team members to enhance their skills and contribute to their professional growth;
- Oversee the management and coordination of the internal audit team, ensuring compliance with methodologies and best practices.
This is an exceptional opportunity to build your career and make a meaningful impact on our organization's success. We offer a competitive salary package, estimated to be around AU$120,000 - AU$180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
A relevant tertiary degree and/or certification are essential for this role. Desirable qualifications include relevant certifications or professional memberships that demonstrate your expertise and commitment to the field.
