Commercial Construction Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Coordinator to manage sub-contractor quotes and payments, procure materials and services for our clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage sub-contractor quotes and payments
  • Procure materials and services for projects
  • Manage process claims, extensions of time (EOTs), requests for information (RFIs), and document control
  • Run stakeholder meetings
  • Assist the Project Manager with other duties

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator in a commercial construction environment
  • Experience managing financial aspects of construction projects
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to learn and advance within the company
  • Cheops software experience desirable
