**Exciting Construction Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Concrete Formwork Foreman to lead a team for a full-time, ongoing role. This individual will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating daily construction activities, ensuring efficiency and quality.

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide hands-on leadership to the construction team.

- Coordinate with project managers, engineers and other stakeholders to meet deadlines and project objectives.

- Maintain high standards of quality, safety and efficacy.

**Requirements:**

- 3-5 years experience in a similar role within residential and commercial construction essential.

- Proven supervisory experience in formwork, concrete structure work and carpentry.

- Excellent problem-solving skills.

- Hands on, professional and reliable.

- Thorough understanding of commercial and residential construction.

- Ability to read and understand drawings, specifications and construction programs.
