Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Administration Officer to join our team at the Department of State Growth. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-level coordination and administrative support to the Project Director and the TGHH team.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Project Director and the TGHH team, ensuring seamless business operations.
- Coordinate and manage correspondence, including confidential ministerial briefs and cabinet submissions.
- Provide secretariat support for the TGHH Steering Committee and project working groups.
- Assist with budget and invoice management for the TGHH team.
- Organize and schedule meetings, conferences, and functions, including travel arrangements and venue bookings.
- Manage and monitor the flow of information for the TGHH team, including email management and content guidance.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment. You will also need to have a high level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
