About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our finance team as a Finance Business Partner, focusing on projects with excellent work-from-home flexibility. You will be responsible for management reporting packs, annual budgets, weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts, business partnering with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining financial models, and providing strategic decision-making support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions
  • Provide regular financial reports and analysis to senior leadership
  • Collaborate with non-finance teams to deliver value and drive business growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Requirements:

  • CPA/CA qualification
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role with a focus on business partnering
  • Proven experience collaborating with non-finance teams and delivering value
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
