Overview

We empower participants to achieve independence, access, development, health and wellbeing through life-changing support. As a Speech Therapist, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team, supporting participants and their families in the Sydney region.

You will deliver speech therapy interventions in various settings, including clinics and community locations, using a strengths-based approach and collaborating with other healthcare professionals.

This role offers a unique opportunity to provide supports to cover NDIS participants living in the Sydney region.

Responsibilities

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored goals for participants using standardised and non-standardised tools.
  • Deliver targeted speech therapy interventions in various settings, ensuring each participant's needs are met.
  • Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Therapist is essential.
  • A passion for working in a collaborative team environment and delivering services under the NDIS framework.
