Speech Therapist Opportunity

We are seeking a Speech Therapist to join our team, working closely with individuals who require support with their communication, swallowing, and social interaction needs. Your role will involve conducting assessments to understand each person's strengths and challenges, then designing and delivering therapy plans that promote independence, skill development, and quality of life.

You will work collaboratively with families, carers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic, person-centred approach. This may also involve providing training to support workers so they can confidently implement therapy strategies in daily life.

In this role, you will manage your own caseload across different settings, handling both routine and complex situations with professionalism and empathy. You will be responsible for completing all clinical and administrative tasks to a high standard, ensuring accurate documentation and safeguarding of participant information.

Essential Criteria
  • A minimum Bachelor degree in Speech Pathology or relevant discipline is required.
  • Registration with the Speech Pathology Association (SPA) is essential.
  • A valid NDIS Check is necessary.
  • Medicare Providers Registration is required.
  • A First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one is desirable.
