Negotiation Sales Manager

Our organization is seeking an accomplished Negotiation Sales Manager to spearhead our Novated Sales Team. This is a pivotal role that requires expertise in sales, revenue management, problem-solving, and market trends analysis.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities within our CRM system and report revenue within the required timeframe.

This position involves:

  1. Leading a team of skilled Novated Sales Consultants who serve as the primary point of contact for customers requiring novated lease services.
  2. Selling Novated leases and aftermarket options through various channels.
  3. Identifying sales opportunities from existing client databases.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Experience in sales, preferably within the Motor Vehicle Leasing or Financial Services sectors.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • The ability to work effectively in a dynamic sales environment.
