Job Summary

The Finance Administrator role involves providing comprehensive financial support to the Finance Manager and broader team.

  • Process accounts payable, reconcile creditor accounts, and manage supplier payments effectively.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing & administration, including timesheet management, deductions, reporting, and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and registers across Reckon and SimPRO software.
  • Support the creation of monthly and end-of-year financial reports, coding, and general ledger entries.
  • Assist with banking processes, including reconciliation of receipts and maintenance of petty cash.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will be a reliable and detail-oriented professional with experience in financial administration, payroll processing, bookkeeping, or similar accounting roles. Familiarity with Reckon and SimPRO software, as well as the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, is essential.
