Job Title: Coffee Roastery Team Member

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our dynamic coffee roastery team in Blacktown NSW. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, supporting office administration, and contributing to the growth of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries;
  • Invoicing sales orders and maintaining accurate records;
  • Documenting and recording sales/service requests and equipment movements;
  • Assisting with general office administration, including printing, scanning, and data entry;
  • Ensuring the Reception area is well-presented at all times;
  • Client database administration and booking courier services.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MYOB; further training can be provided if needed;
  • Previous customer service experience (face-to-face and phone);
  • Entry-level bookkeeping skills, including accounts receivable/payable;
  • A passion for people and coffee;
  • Effective problem-solving and time management skills.
