This is a full-time operational role where you will be working in our roastery, helping ensure our production space runs smoothly and efficiently. From packing orders to maintaining the roastery and making deliveries, this position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical task-based work and wants to build a career in an operations-led environment.
The role involves various responsibilities such as packing customer orders, gaining entry-level roasting fundamentals, driving and delivering beans to customers across Sydney, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting daily roastery operations.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn new systems and processes. Having a driver's license and experience in warehouse, logistics, or coffee is highly beneficial.
