Key Role in Underground Software Business

The position of Senior Mining Engineer will play a pivotal role in supporting and growing our underground software business in a technical pre-sales opportunity.

Working closely with the business development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact technical demonstrations, supporting tenders, and ensuring customer success during onboarding and implementation.

  • Partnering with business development managers to identify, develop, and close opportunities.
  • Delivering technical demonstrations and input into proposals and tenders.
  • Leading software evaluations and proof-of-concept builds.
  • Supporting customer success during implementation and training.
  • Assisting with campaign events, conferences, and promotions.
  • Contributing to product development through feedback and regional testing.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Site-based experience in an underground mine production or operational planning role.
  • Experience in the development, implementation, and support of underground mine planning and scheduling systems.
  • Technical consulting or pre-sales experience is highly advantageous.
  • A recognised tertiary earth science or engineering qualification.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
