Job Title: Senior Hospitality Manager

This senior hospitality role offers an opportunity to lead a dedicated team and deliver exceptional dining experiences.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, coordinating events, and curating seasonal menus while interacting with a diverse range of visitors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with the organization of front-of-house teams in daily operational demands
  • Leading a large team to deliver high-quality customer service
  • Supporting and supervising the delivery of services and functions
  • Ensuring all policies and procedures are applied
  • Establishing and maintaining quality customer service practices
  • Organizing rosters as per operational requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced hospitality professional with a passion for exceptional service. They should have strong leadership skills, be hands-on, and able to jump in and show how it's done. Additionally, they should have high-volume coffee experience, previous function and event experience, both intimate and large scale, and impeccable grooming with a warm and engaging service style.
