Job Title: Hospital Services Manager

Job Description: As a Hospital Services Manager, you will oversee the delivery of housekeeping, catering and environmental services in a hospital setting. Your responsibilities will include managing staff rosters, efficiently allocating resources, and ensuring cleaning tasks are completed according to policies and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising staff rotas and managing leave
  • Effective resource allocation according to operational needs
  • Ensuring daily activities are completed in accordance with policies, procedures and schedules
  • Providing support, direction & training to staff

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year experience in hospital cleaning and previous experience as a Team Leader desirable
  • Strong leadership skills, effective written and verbal communication and great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet physical aspects of the position and possess a good work ethic
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster and cover staff leave as required
