HR Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities
">- Create exceptional customer experiences by delivering timely, effective people-focused solutions and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Partner with leadership and other HR functions to ensure client groups are appropriately resourced to support business objectives.
- Identify areas of opportunity within client groups, develop and execute strategies to rectify issues.
- Use data and HR metrics effectively to assist in developing solutions to business challenges and provide regular reporting to internal clients.
- Develop and conduct training on HR-related topics for client groups.
- Proactively involve in Retention, Talent Management and Succession planning strategies and discussions.
- Conduct investigations and prepare reports in line with company grievance procedures and policies.
Requirements
">- 3+ years of experience in a HR Advisory or Business Partner role, Bachelor's degree in business or diploma in Human Resources or a related field, strong knowledge of employment law, and proven track record of supporting and coaching leaders in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations.
- Strong time management and organisational skills and attention to detail to manage work, competing deadlines and sensitive projects.
- Experience in dealing with large and geographically diverse client base.
