Role Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to work on high-value corporate transactions. The role involves driving public and private M&A deals, coordinating multi-jurisdictional due diligence, leading the drafting and negotiation of legal agreements, and playing a key part in deal strategy and client relationship management.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Drive public and private M&A deals from takeovers and schemes to carve-outs, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
  2. Coordinate multi-jurisdictional due diligence on high-value, cross-border transactions.
  3. Lead the drafting and negotiation of SPAs, underwriting and subscription agreements, shareholder arrangements, and JV documentation.
  4. Play a key role in deal strategy, execution, and client relationship management.

Your Background
  • You should have 3-8 years' experience in Corporate/M&A, Private Equity, or training from a leading national or international firm.
  • Strong academics, commercial acumen, and a client-focused approach are essential.
  • A driven, collaborative mindset and a desire to grow your career on a global stage are highly valued.
