Are you a seasoned corporate lawyer looking for a new challenge?

We're seeking an experienced lawyer to join our team and contribute to the growth of our practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years' PQE in corporate/commercial law, with a strong understanding of the Corporations Act and regulatory frameworks.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Advising on shareholders agreements and corporate structuring;
  • Sale and acquisition of business assets and shares;
  • Capital raising transactions, including private equity and venture capital;
  • Mid-market M&A transactions; and
  • Regulatory compliance and governance.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years' experience in corporate/commercial law;
  • A strong understanding of the Corporations Act and regulatory frameworks;
  • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end transactions;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
