**About the Role**
We're seeking a highly skilled Partnership Specialist to join our Commercial team at Velocity Frequent Flyer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and developing strategic partnerships with our designated partners.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of partnership strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Manage relationships with key partners, including contract negotiations and campaign delivery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing initiatives
- Provide data-driven insights and analysis to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including partners and senior internal leaders
**Requirements**
- 5+ years of commercial experience in a partnership or loyalty environment
- Proven project management skills, with experience leading new programs of work
- Expertise in planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
- Strong understanding of the loyalty environment and customer behavior
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and interpersonal skills
- Data literacy and analytical skills, with experience developing forecasts and business cases
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to critically analyze opportunities and business context
- Experience in contract negotiations and stakeholder relationships
- Comfortable presenting and pitching to all levels within a business
