Ramsay Clinic Albert Road provides treatment options for patients with mental illness and substance misuse or addictive behaviours.
The Addictions Service offers inpatient support, detoxification, day patient rehabilitation, and relapse prevention programs.
Our therapeutic approach includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Motivation Enhancement Therapy, and Psychoeducation.
Your Qualifications And SkillsThis role is suited to a Registered Nurse, Clinical Psychologist, Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or Social Worker with Professional Body Membership and post-graduate experience in Mental Health and Group Facilitation.
You will need the ability to plan and organise skills groups and a commitment to delivering high-quality healthcare services.
- Registration/qualifications within your relevant field or industry body.
- Proven experience in addictions group facilitation.
- A minimum of 3 years post graduate experience in mental health and group facilitation.
- Training and experience in therapy modalities such as CBT and DBT.
- Able to plan, organise and facilitate skills groups.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
