About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Architect to join our Resident Technology Services team at HashiCorp, Inc. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in aligning with the biggest technical transformation initiatives of our customers, working closely with their technology teams to deliver premium, long-term professional services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert guidance on cloud transformation journeys, leveraging the HashiCorp product suite to drive business value.
  • Assist customers in aligning people, processes, and workflows with cloud operating models, ensuring seamless adoption and governance.
  • Contribute to the development of multi-cloud adoption frameworks, articulating the business value of cloud consumption models.
  • Communicate the technical functionality of HashiCorp products to various audiences, from practitioners to executives.
  • Educate and advise customers on best practices for system administration, service administration, automation, and observability.
  • Coordinate HashiCorp professional services resources to support customer technical transformation needs.
Requirements
  • 9+ years of experience designing and implementing technical systems and services.
  • Deep understanding of DevOps processes and automation.
  • Deep technical expertise in cloud and on-premise infrastructure management, application deployment, and practical security methodology.
  • Working proficiency with one or more of the tools in the HashiCorp product suite.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance requirements for shared services.
  • Ability to work well in group environments and independently.
  • Proven track record of assisting with or driving cloud transformation at one or more organizations.
  • Passion for thought leadership in areas including cloud operating model and organizational transformation, cloud operations, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
  • Experience managing cloud maturity and capability assessments, leading the design and implementation of cloud governance and operational processes, and developing cloud transformation roadmaps.
  • Familiarity with cloud service providers and their offerings, common technical platforms, and shared service management at scale.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical topics in simple terms.
