Job Overview

  • Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions for web, API, and microservices applications.
  • Provide technical leadership in automation, CI/CD, configuration management, and monitoring practices.
  • Embed secure software development principles through code reviews and threat modeling.
  • Coach and mentor engineers to promote best practices and continuous improvement.
  • Analyze system requirements, create technical designs, and ensure robust testing across all phases.
Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Software Engineer, you will:

  • Work collaboratively with delivery leaders and engineering teams to build scalable web applications, APIs, and microservices that support strategic initiatives.
  • Uplift engineering capabilities, drive quality, automation, and security while mentoring others and leading technical best practice adoption.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • Previous experience coaching and mentoring engineers (highly regarded).
  • Strong experience in Java, React, Spring-Boot, REST API, and microservices architecture.
  • Proven testing skills and ATDD or Behavioural Driven Development.
  • Proven ability to resolve complex issues with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
