About the Role

We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team in delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, experience managing multiple software engineering teams, and a proven track record of delivering complex engineering initiatives.

  • Experience managing multiple software engineering teams
  • Strong technical background (preferably Java based)
  • Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team with proven success at delivering complex engineering initiatives
  • Product company experience with an understanding of how to build great products in an Agile environment
  • Solid understanding of how to build scalable, maintainable and performant web applications
Responsibilities
  • Mentor engineers and provide leadership on complex technology issues
  • Own the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of the team owned product and platforms
  • Hire, retain and grow an engineering team that meets the needs of the business and works well within the overall system architecture
