Job Title: Senior Engineering Manager

As a seasoned engineering manager, you will lead a team of engineers in developing player-facing features for a live tactical shooter. This role requires strong technical leadership and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The ideal candidate will have experience in building game client features, preferably with Unreal Engine, as well as expertise in UI systems and high-performance backend services. A proven track record of delivering complex features in a live game or product is essential.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage an engineering team ensuring good practices are maintained and collaboration is fostered between disciplines.
  • Participate in discussions about product vision and ensure that vision is clear to the team.
  • Guide technical design of client and backend features ensuring long-term maintainability and scalability.
  • Implement and champion engineering standards to ensure high-quality code.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience directly leading a software delivery team as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead & mentor.
  • 5+ years of experience as a hands-on software engineer.
  • Experience across multiple systems and languages.
