About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage the receipt, processing, and verification of component induction information and customer orders. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising and managing purchase orders from initiation to invoice closure.

The ideal candidate will ensure that customer requirements are accurately confirmed, documented, and communicated to team members. This includes preparing reports, order acknowledgments, estimates, and invoices as required.

Responsibilities also include initiating actions in response to customer service requests and maintaining order information files. The successful candidate will liaise with service engineers, operations, logistics, and materials teams to facilitate smooth communication and delivery.

Additionally, this role involves updating purchase order delivery dates and pricing changes in the system, as well as liaising with manufacturers and distributors on part availability, status, delivery dates, and pricing.
